Chocolate Covered Strawberries Recipe Ingredients
- 6 oz of semi-sweet chocolate cut into bits
- 3 oz white chocolate cut into bits
- 1 pound strawberries with stems (roughly 20), clean with water and pat dry

Once you have both chocolates in a smooth melt, you will need to pull out a sheet pan and line it with wax paper or parchment paper. Pick up the strawberry by the stem and then dip it into the dark chocolate first. As you pull the strawberry out of the chocolate, carefully lift and twist. This will allow excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl. Next, place your chocolate covered strawberries onto the waxed paper. Repeat this process until you have dipped all the strawberries. To give you strawberries a nice look, get a fork and dip it into the white chocolate and drizzle the white chocolate over the dark chocolate dipped strawberries.
The chocolate covered strawberries should be set aside or placed into the refrigerator for roughly 30 minutes before eating.
